Beatrice Vittoria Maria Gini was born in Lucca on the 26th February 1969. She attended the Liceo Classico Giosuè Carducci in Viareggio and took her diploma with fool marks. Then she decided to go to the prestigious Pisa University attending the Law Faculty and in 1994 she got her degree cum laude after the discussion with Professor Francesco Paolo Luiso of the  Thesis on Insolvency Law.

In 1996 she was accepted as junior Barrister at Patrocinio (Legal Representation) and in 1998 she passed the Lawyer’s exam at Court of Appeal in Florence, even though before that she enrolled in a Registry of Lawyers of Pisa and afterwards in a Registry of Lawyers of Lucca, the present Registry to which she still belongs.

Now she is permanently working either in Lucca (where in 2005 the present Office was opened in Viale Puccini 311/B, Sant’Anna) or in Viareggio, where she lives and has an address.
